The purpose of this page is to provide the coach a single place to go to where he or she can find the material they are looking for that the club has put out.

Frog jump relay. Two groups start behind the start line. The first player in line has one of the cones on their hands and the other cone on the ground. When the coach starts the race, they make a frog jump forward. Leave the holding cone where they landed, run back to get the 2nd cone left on the ground behind, then come to the first cone where they landed, and make another frog jump, drop the cone, and repeat procedure until crossing the finish line (20 yards apart - about 10 jumps). Then, they grab both cones, run zig-zagging through the big cones on the side, and give them to the next one in line.
If you have more than 14 players, remove the zig-zag and make 3 or 4 groups competing against each other just with the frog jumps.
